At the GOC, we empower our Members in many ways. One way is that we help give our Members a voice. So many Members have seen their choices taken from them during their illness. That is why the GOC involves our Members at every level of decision making through daily meetings and our Weekly House meeting. Clubhouse International – ICCD

Member input is valued when we make any decision. We discuss pros and cons and come to consensus. Who is staff, and who is a member? It doesn’t matter. We are all equal.
