Jerry is working in our Transitional Employment (TE) partnership with Culvers. Since starting his job in May, he has not missed a day of work. GOC staff supports Jerry on his job, and will even work a shift with him when needed. Eventually, we will help Jerry find a more permanent job, and put another Member in this TE position.
