Work is at the heart of our Clubhouse, and building real-world skills opens the door to lasting independence.

At the GOC, computer skills, graphic design, artistic expression, and critical reasoning all come together during our daily work day. Here in our Office Unit, Members work side-by-side with staff to build job readiness, update display boards, navigate computer systems, and manage daily operations. From learning software tools to exploring pathways like Transitional, Supported, and Independent Employment, our Members are taking charge of their future every single day.

Meaningful work builds focus, stamina, and self-worth. Accomplishing these hands-on tasks gives our Members the confidence to pursue employment goals, proving that with the right tools and a supportive community, recovery and professional growth go hand-in-hand.
