Working! Sierra started her first job ever. Thank you to our partnership with Culver’s and owner Megan Olson. Sierra is in the GOC Transitional Employment Program, which means she will get support from GOC staff as needed during her stint on the job. We are so proud of you Sierra. At the GOC we are committed to changing lives. Employment is the gateway to independence. Supporting people so they can work changes lives. ierra had a great first day at work. A regular customer came up to Sierra and thanked her for her hard work. At the GOC, we create hope. Sierra delivers food that has been made to order. She reads off the ticket to each customer before putting it in their cars. This ensures everyone gets the correct order.
