Thank you so much to City of Gainesville, FL – Government Mayor Harvey Ward for visiting the GOC. It is so important our community leaders understand the role we play. Among our positive outcomes like job supports, Clubhouse participation is associated with reduced psychiatric symptoms, leading to a decrease in the need for public crisis services. One Member shared that she has gone from needing public crisis services several times a week, to rarely, since attending the GOC. We are making lives better and saving the community money.
