There is dignity in a job well done, and we are here to help our Members enter the workforce. Carrie comes to the GOC with the hope of working. She often leads our morning meetings when our Members choose what work we will do each day, and helps out as needed. For the people we serve, the path to employment and community integration isn’t a quick fix. It requires deep, ongoing support.

Employment is the gateway to independence. GOC helps people reclaim their status in the workforce with dignity, proving that mental illness doesn’t define who you are or what you can do.
