Akeem has been thinking about quitting smoking and says it has been hard. SRAHEC has a program for that, including nicotine substitute products. Emma helped Joel, who is working two part time jobs get a zero-premium health insurance through the Marketplace. Emma worked individually with several Members about their health goals. She also presented to our staff and Members.
