People who visit us say the Clubhouse has a family atmosphere. It is really cool when you walk in the doors of another Clubhouse, and you feel like you are at home. Arvind visited from Fountain House, and Fountain House Bronx. Fountain House was the first Clubhouse ever. They recently celebrated 75 years in existence. Arvind shared practices of their Clubhouse in comparison to ours. We discussed funding and sustainability. And although Gainesville does not resemble New York City, Arvind said he felt right at home.
