With Gainesville temperatures heading into the low twenties this weekend, our garden needs extra protection—and Scott, Akeem, and David are on it!

Our garden is the heart of our meal program, so keeping these plants safe is a top priority. It’s been great to see the guys take the lead today, prepping and covering the beds so we can keep harvesting fresh ingredients all winter long.

At the GOC, we take our responsibilities seriously. Scott, Akeem, and David’s dedication today ensures we’ll have plenty of “Garden to Table” meals to share once it warms up!
